I was trying to use my laptop to play something on my TV using the Plex web app, but it’s not working. The audio pumps in, but the video only shows the first frame of playback on the TV (either from startup or switching from Plex to a different tab and then back). This issue happens when both extending or duplicating the screen. Video plays back fine on the laptop screen. I don’t know why this is happening, but it’s rather disappointing. Anyone have any idea why this happens? YouTube worked fine, if that helps (EDIT: Apparently that stopped working too).

Not sure what exact model number, but a Sony Bravia I bough a few years ago.
