Show not displaying video on web player, but does on TV app

I watched a show on my Android TV plex app just fine… but on trying to watch an episode of the same show on my PC via web player, I hear the audio, but the player just displays a blank white screen instead of video.

Other content, eg shows I have in my library, play just fine in the web player. This only seems to happen when streaming content found under Movies & Shows.

What gives?
