Plex web keep show "A server could not be found. "

Synology DSM 6.1.4-15217 Update 5
PMS PlexMediaServer-1.13.8.5395-10d48da0d-x86_64
Web browser: Chrome 69.0.3497.100
Networking: in Same local network.
I use PC chrome open http://192.168.1.4:32400/web/index.html Webpage shows “A server could not be found. Download and install Plex Media Server, and it will appear here.” iOS plex app shows same issue.
Tried:

  • Uninstall and re-installed.
  • Signed out and resign in again.
  • NO crash report was generated.
    Issue not removed. Attached PMS log file for your inspect.

a. 1. No server at list at all, therefore, NO possible to " Sign out of Plex settings > server > general"
b. 2. 3. 4. Stop & signed out & restart PMS
c. 5. Open webpage and sign in. Top left keep showing “Looking for server”
d. 6. 7. Can’t do none of them. Reason is 5.

Issue has been remove by

  1. Stop PMS server
  2. ZIp " /Plex/Library/* " as backup.
  3. Deleted whole " /Plex/Library/* "
  4. Restart PMS and it create all needs.
  5. Open webpage and show " Server Setup" information.

Now, it may needs whole night to scan TBs media files. AND i have to change those error by myself again…
