Plex web no longer direct plays hls

strange issue on the past two updates to Plex web browser from any non local plex web pc. Works fine remotely on plex ios, roku etc but plex web is not detecting any direct play for any hls file. I have used for years and never an issue… any advice appreciated

After two web updates and one plex server update for windows… still broken.

still broke in most recent update of windows PMS Version 1.9.0.4252

Version 1.9.2.4285 as well, no resolution to DASH/hls issue via web layer remotely
