Plex Web no longer seeing my server after update to 64-bit

Just upgraded PMS from 32-bit to the latest 64-bit Windows version and my server is no longer showing in Plex Web to manage. Have tried from multiple devices using multiple browsers. Am able to see other user’s servers however.

This appears to be something with Plex Web only - I can access my server from Plex apps running on multiple devices - however, I am unable to manage my server.

So on my server itself, I was finally able to log back into it via Plex Web and am able to manage it. However, from browsers off that server I am unable to see it or manage it. After logging in via a browser, I can see the server name but get a constant spinning circle to the left of it.
