There was a problem playing this item - Plex Web 3.2.0

Hello,

I have a specific file which Plex Web 3.2.0 is not able to playback. I cant seem to see anything different between it and other files I can playback successfully.

Other players (Windows, Chromecast, Android) are able to playback successfully.

I have atteched the XML and logs to this post.

Thankyou. Re-encoding to the following has resolved my issue. I used the H.264 720p30 preset in Handbrake.
