Plex Web not transcoding

When using hardware transcoding with Nvidia Quadro P2000, the web player can’t transcode/play when changing playback settings. Checking the usage of the GPU, it’s not being utilized. If settings are preset and not changed, everything plays out. Tested on LG-OS and Android Plex both work with transcoding.
