Plex web (on windows 11) can not connect to server on a specific computer

Hi,
One of my desktops, a windows 11 based computer, is not able to connect to my plex server. There is no vpn, no firewalls and everything works well on all my other desktops/laptops/mobile/android tv devices.
Any ideas on how to troubleshoot this? Tried with Chrome and Edge and the windows app.

Maybe there used to be, and there are still some remnants in the system?
Verify that the hosts file is clean and contains noreferences to any plex-related servers.

Are you requiring secure connections on the server?
Set that to “preferred”, then restart the server.

On the affected machine, can you load the local web app from the server?
(http://ip-of-the-server:32400/web)

Secure connections are set to preferred. the machine is not on the local network, so access is through remote access. Other devices can connect remotely. I tried to watch the server logs as I try to connect, and I don’t see any activity.
