Plex Web player hangs when resuming from plex android

Problem:
Started watching show on my android phone, I went to resume the show on plex web in chrome and it just hangs. Starting the same episode from beginning in plex web and it hangs. When trying to resume or start the episode from beginning my CPU usage spikes to 100%. Images attached. Starting new TV/Movie other than the episode in question works perfectly fine in plex web. Resuming the episode on my Android phone works with no issues.

I have a similar, possibly related issue. (at least the failure to resume part)

Just noticed yesterday when trying to watch something on my commute home, If I paused it I couldn’t resume, however restarting Plex and resuming playback worked fine.

Server Version#: 1.15.3.835
Android Version#: 7.14.0.9748

Apologies if this isn’t linked but i’m inclined to think it may be.

Just ran into another issue with Plex Web Player unable to play a file but in Plex Android it plays just fine. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

So this is now a trend. Files do not play on plex Web Player but they do on my android app and nvidia shield.

Looking for some help here. Have a number of files that do not play in plex web player but do elsewhere.
