Plex-Web wont play certain mkv files

Certain mkv files just wont play in Plex anymore:

If i look at dashboard it seems to be playing, or atleast Plex think so but for me it just looks like its loading all the time.

If i convert the file to another format (avi) it plays just fine in Plex so i cant see why there should be anything wrong with it.

Yes i tried it on my phone and i tried it on an samsung smart tv, all just hangs like theyr loading.

Added xml from the file: (it wont show so i added the txt file instead)

i am having the same issue. i was able to watch the same exact file a few days ago and now i can’t. also if i launch the file directly using media player it works just fine on the server. something must’ve happened in update. got latest today and it still didn’t fix it. some mkv files play others do NOT. also worth noting if you launch the video via plex app on my phone it plays the video but then has no audio. i just watched this show the other day and it played fine.

Do all of them have EAC3 audio?

Yes it seems they all have EAC3 audio.
Is there anything i can do that will make Plex understand that?
