Hello everyone. I recently encountered a strange problem. Whenever I play media files from my Plex Media Server on Windows 10 PC, Google Chrome opens the Plex official site. I have to close the tab every time to play the media files. Can anyone help me not to open this site? Am I doing anything wrong to open Plex Media Server? Any kind of feedback would be greatly appreciated.
It probably wants to inform you that Plex Media Player has reached the end of its life and you might want to switch to either
“Plex [Player] for Windows” (mouse driven)

No. The version number you gave above is from PMP. Not Plex HTPC, nor Plex for Windows.
