Plex will not connect to My Cloud Home Anymore

I have a 4Tb MD My Cloud Home. When I first added it as my server in Plex it ran smoothly. Then a week ago I received this message “The server “My Cloud Home” is unreachable. Make sure it’s running, double check your network, and try again.” The My Cloud Home is working just fine as I can connect to it easily and access all my files without any issue. However Plex tcannot connect to it. After going through many comments, I removed My Cloud Home server from plex and reenabled it through My Cloud Home and the reconfigured it. It started working again but then I had to reorganize all my music files (17,000) songs which is very time consuming work. However, today it stopped connecting to My Cloud Home again!!! I was not even done reorganizing all my files in Plex and it just happened again. This time I am not going to remove the My Clud Home server as I fear I will lose all my work I put into organizing all my files again. How can I get Plex to connect to my server (My Cloud Home) when it is working perfectly fine. I also paid good money for the Plex Lifetime pass and the fact that there is not way to get any customer support but through the forums is extremely frustrating. To organize all my files in Plex took me 8 days before, I really do not want to do that again. PLEASE HELP!!!

Same problem has happened to me. I went to log on and I get the same message. There is nothing wrong with my NAS system, and I can still access all folders and files on NAS, but PLEX has stopped working and I get the same message as mentioned by gobluebuckeye. The version is current. I can’t even access the server via remote using my iPad or iPhone.
