Plex will not log out on LG tv

LG TV app is showing ‘Plex is not reachable’ and says it can’t find my server and will not go away! There seems to be no option to sign out?! I’ve tried everything - I’ve uninstalled the app about 10 times and when reinstalled it just comes up with the same thing. I even completely reset my TV and when I installed the app the message just comes back. There is a button to ‘sign in’ but when clicked nothing happens. Someone please help!

I’ve done all of this already, I’ve tried everything. Anyway, it does appear to be the same issue as you’ve described. I just can’t understand why it’s suddenly stopped working. Ridiculous as my TV is brand new, it’s just not 4K.
