Hello I have a movie that randomly will not play all I get is the circle to say it’s loading . outside of Plex it plays fine on vlc, any ideas it’s :
480i (MPEG2VIDEO)
Audio
Unknown (AC3 Stereo)
It appears to be the only movie so far never had this issue before?

sorry I just seen this : There is a problem with downloading codecs. We are actively working to restore things on back end.

I think you can fix it by pressing the triple dot ... menu and selecting “Analyze” on the movie. If the audio is “unknown”, then plex hasn’t analyzed it and can’t find out if your player can even play it. I had two separate movies do this to me a month ago.
What is strange, is that Plex is supposed to analyze a movie when added automatically, so how did the server manage to miss doing analysis?
