My Plex Windows 10 app is stuck in full screen mode and i cant get it out and its stuck on my second screen i cant even drag it over

It’s a workaround, but have you tried turning off the second display screen (in Windows settings) to see if that let’s you get control, then turn back on the extended screen? I haven’t specifically had this problem with the Plex app, but this has worked for me in Win when other applications have gotten “stuck”.
Actually someone had to help me, I tired f11 alt+tab but all I had to do was just hit win+left/right to make it snap
