This show is a problem child.
There might be some clues on how to deal with it in these threads.
I suspect Otto is correct but there might be more info to enforce that theory.
Also when you upgrade, the new scanner doesn’t always deal with the 1x01 format very nicely
This should be s01e01
I had some old shows named like that and sometimes it worked and sometimes it didn’t
Not sure if that’s adding to your problem but it’s something to consider
