I downloaded each of the 3 files, only 1 works with the server. Did a manual install, it indicates it is RUNNING. Online instructions I found say it should say “OPEN”, but that is not an option. I open Plex/TV in my browser, but it won’t find the server. Any suggestions to solve this would be greatly appreciated.
That is the file I had downloaded. Removed it from the server and downloaded and installed again, same result. Error says server is unreachable.
I looked at Q16, where would I enter the server IP address.

Chuck, sorry for what might seem like a stupid question, but I tried the IP address and it brings me to the Synology web page for my server not the Plex page. Can you provide more details. for example IP address 192.168.x.xxx. what would I enter to get to Plex
I had installed this as you advised, then my laptop failed and I bought a new laptop. When I tried to access my server through plex on my laptop it would no longer find the server. I then removed the Plex app from the server and tried to reinstall it. Now it only goes as far as saying it is processing please wait but never completes the install. Would you have any suggestions how I can solve this issue.
