Player Version#: 3.71.1
Any time I try to play a video on either my laptop or on my amazon fire app the server loads the metadata but it loads infinitely and doesn’t play the video whenever I try to play the video. It is hit or miss whether my laptop or the amazon fire will be able to connect to the server at all.
please provide some logs of the issue and indicating what time and what device
