plex wont play some movies or shows after update

i get ether a error on the phone client

“playback was terminated by the server conversion failed. a required code could not be fount or failed to install” (iso plex app)

xbox one plex app just crashes

razplex seems to play anything just slower response time the it use to

i know you want logs so just plz tell me what log file i need to get

this is driving me crazy ;/
