Plex won't recognize zip codes

Hey, I’ve been searching around and I can’t seem to find anyone else with this issue.

I just installed an hdhomerun duo for the first time, plex found it right away, but when putting in my zip code for the tv program guide, weird stuff starts to happen.

If I put in my zip code, or any surrounding zip code, plex doesn’t give any error (whereas with a false zip code it says it was unable to find program guide data) but the continue button doesn’t light up either.

If I put in a ‘4’, the continue button lights up, and then it spins its wheels while it “finds” the program data, similar if I put in a ‘48’, the first two digits of my zip code, but then it doesn’t make progress. If I add in a third number, the continue button grays out again.

I then tried zip codes that I figured would be more likely to work, like chicago and detroit zip codes. I get the same problem, plex doesn’t describe any error, but won’t let me continue. Any help is appreciated.

I’ve now tried on explorer, chrome, and firefox. I’ve also found other forums with this same issue, no one seems to have a solution yet. I’ve tried zip codes that have worked for others that still don’t work for me.
