Plex won't scan/see just 1 TV Series

I use Tiny Media Manager Pro v4.2.5.1 to rename and setup all my Plex movies & TV shows. Its setup to provide NFO’s for Plex. It has worked well for “years”.

I recently loaded the TV series "The Book of Boba Fett " in the same way I have processed every other TV series on my Synology NAS, and then re-indexed Plex. When I log into the PLEX server, it won’t list the Boba Fett series, and it can’t find the folder or any of the episodes. I have tried several manual renames of the folder, & the files and in all cases the re-scan runs for no more than 2 seconds, and still doesn’t find anything. File Station correctly lists all files.

I note there have been a few discussion on Reddit, with identical issues with the same TV series, with Plex servers running on PC’s. I tried all the suggestions, and again none of them worked on my NAS.

The file path for s01 e01 is:-
/volume1/tv/tv-series/The Book of Boba Fett (2021)/Season 01/The Book of Boba Fett - s01e01 - Chapter 1 Stranger in a Strange Land.mkv

Either I am missing something, or ??

Have you looked for duplicates? or can you Plex dance it and include logs?

Were the files renamed after Plex scanned them?

If they had a name which didn’t match then renaming them in-situ is problematic.
It’s always best to rename first then deposit them where PMS can see them.
