Plex Won't Scan

Greetings!

I just switched from Ubuntu to Fedora 29. I had no problem running Plex under Ubuntu, but in Fedora when I click “Scan Library Files” nothing happens. No files are scanned. The library remains empty.

I’ve made sure all permissions are set correctly and that doesn’t make a difference (although that’s what I needed to do under Ubuntu).

Any suggestions?

Where are the mount points?
Did you give user plex read permission on those mount points?

Without knowing more, that is the first thing to look at.
