Got this problem too. Came from updating the version (which apparently is still out of date). So can’t Claim the server, the button just resets after every click. After having looked at the link above and the relevant articles, I’m stuck:
Can’t SSH into my Seagate PersonalCloud as the password is not being accepted.
So I can’t access the Preferences.xml to remove the
PlexOnlineHome=“1”
PlexOnlineMail="jane@example.com"
PlexOnlineToken=“BxTVDdUHGGq79JpiEPyC”
PlexOnlineUsername=“ExampleUser”
So yeah. I’m just stuck with an unclaimed server, unable to do anything about it.
