Unable to claim server

I have a Seagate NAS drive and have installed Version 1.19.3.2793.
I have signed in online and accessed the general settings to claim the server. Each time I try and claim it returns an error stating “unable to sign in”, despite me being signed in to the settings.
Can anyone assist me please?
