Hello,
I have been a paid member of plex for several years now (I pay $89 a year I believe) About 3 days ago PLEX stopped working on my Samsung 7 phone. the app is still there and I can log in and stream plex’s content. However, i no longer can access my own content from my own computer at home like I have done all these years. I tried PLEX out on my computer and also my ROKU TV and both work just fine. It is only on my phone that it no longer allows me access to my own content. (On my phone it says server is offline which I know is not true as I can stream to my TV just fine) I also deleted the app and then re-downloaded the plex app to my phone hoping that would fix the problem. It did not fix the problem. I also noticed your plex app looks slightly different than the previous one. What did you change to the phone access? And please help.

Which version of the Plex for Android app do you have installed on this Samsung smartphone and what version of Android?
Please provide the android logs from your phone.
Plex Media Server version?
Available via Authorized Devices.
Check that settings for secure communications are compatible between server and client.
- PMS: Settings → Network → Secure Connections = Required / Preferred / Disabled
- Android app: Settings → Advanced → Allow Insecure Communications = Never / On Same Network / Always
For example, if PMS is set to disabled and app is set to never, the Plex server will appear unavailable to the app.
