Unable to view MyCloud content on my Plex App

Server Version#: MyCloud Home
Player Version#: 4.20.2

I am able to see the content from MyCloud home on my browser version of Plex but not on my mobile app. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app. If I open the plex mobile app and click on “more” it says MyCloud Home is offline but if I use the browser version it is linked and online.
