Plex works locally but not remotely

I have plex via docker on a ugreen nas - ive ensured the 32400 port is not blocked and have finally gotten Remote Access to work and shows green. I am able to access it via app.plex now vs just the local ip address. Unfortunately it is prompting me to purchase a paid plan (i intend to buy a lifetime but only once i know its going to work for me). Another issue i have is logging into my account via a phone app it does not show me my server content and i do not see anywhere that would provide me the chance to locate it.

In short i can access and play locally via ip through plex, i can access library but asks for payment when attempting to play via app.plex and i am unable to see any of my content via phone app

Music streaming should not be limited when streaming remotely. You could play some music on a remote device (using the web app) and monitor via the server dashboard to confirm the connection is properly working (listed as Remote, not Indirect)

Edit: the mobile app requires a newer version of PMS (iirc 1.41.2 or newer). 1.40.3 should give you an error message that the server isn’t compatible.
