Upgraded from 4.6.2 and it opens a window but it stays grey, UI is not updated, no interesting logs except this gpu_memory_buffer_support_x11
I’m on debian 11, I launch it with Plexamp-4.7.0.AppImage --no-sandbox %U

I have the same problem - Debian, in an environment that has no GPU to speak of (pure framebuffer). All the 4.6 versions work fine. I’ve hacked it right now to not auto update by adding this to my /etc/hosts:
127.0.0.1 plexamp.plex.tv
That makes the update fail, and I can continue using it to play music.
Log of 4.7.0, in a clean environment (no existing Plexamp .cache or .config entries):

I’ve tried variations of -no-sandbox or --no-sandbox and there’s no change. I’ve tried a few various “Disable GPU” incantations and they don’t have any impact either. So, as of right now, 4.7.0 is unusable and I have to prevent the 4.6 auto-update from running to keep my music flowing.
Hi all, this was an interesting one to solve, but we got there. Latest release should fix this. The AppImage is out now, and flatpak is imminent. Thanks for your patience!
Excellent! I just pulled down 4.7.2 and it’s working in the same environment (no GPU, framebuffer only) that 4.7.0 failed in, and I’m happily listening to music again! Thank you very much! Might you be willing to share what the issue was, in case other people run into the problem with their Linux apps?
The same problem persists in Plexamp 4.7.1 on iOS 16.5.
Everything was ok, the suddenly, blank screen. Doesn’t seem wedged. More like it’s not rendering properly. Only way to remedy is to reinstall and then some non deterministic time later, it goes blank box again.
