Hi, can someone explain how Plexamp should behave when using on the move without access to Network and therefore plex server.
I typically download albums locally to my iphone running ios 18.5.x.
My problem is that I cannot search for albums when in the Download section of the app unless I have network connectivity to my plex server. It list with the only sorting option to list in ascending or descending order based on the date Album added to library. As you can imagine not very practical when you have a few hundred albums stored locally.
I have set Plexamp to always prefer local copy of album on my iphone.
When there is network access to the plex server I am able to search for the album and it will play the locally stored version where available. Without network connectivity, in the download section, it will list the albums with no ability to search. I was on a long flight recently and had downloaded much of my library locally when I realised this was the case.
Is this expected behaviour? It will be nice if we can use plexamp without network connectivity without losing the ability to search for albums/tracks locally. Scrolling through a long list isn’t great.
