Plexamp and Plex Dash not working remotely with IPv6 Server

Hi, I have set Custom server access URLs, a cloudflare DDNS IPv6 FQDN:port (https://fqdn:32400/, fqdn points to an ipv6 address, with ssl cert from letsencrypt) in server setting, and verified working in both plex app and web app.

but in plexamp and plex dash, the connection could not be made and errors in logs.

DEBUG - Networking: Completed request 29: (GET https://fqdn:32400/) with code -60 (have 0 bytes) in 222 ms.
WARNING - DEVICE: Server connection https://fqdn:32400 didn’t work for HomeLab: HTTP status -60
