My media server only has IPv6 DDNS to my domain name, plexamp cannot access my music library, but it can be accessed in plex app. How to solve this problem?
When I changed the custom server access URL from https to http, it can now access

This server has only a IPv4 address published. Your domain name is not published as a valid remote access URL.
If you access it per a IPv6 address, you may be able to access it without encryption (i.e. per http), but https protocol requires a security certificate which has been “pinned” to your custom domain name. Do you have a fitting security certificate for your domain name?
