I have had a lifetime PlexPass for 5 years.. today I tried to add plexamp to an android phone and the phone still says I have to buy a lifetime pass. What gives? I’ve tried logging out, logging back in.. erasing and reinstalling.. nothing works..

Hey Elan, Interesting that I finally got it to work when I said I’d subscribe.. my paypal information came up, and I cancelled out of the paywall everything worked after that..

@elan same issue has surfaced here. Plexamp works as expected on my Pixel 6, but I added it to a new innioasis dedicated player last week and it refuses to recognize my plex pass after a few repeat login attempts. I can pull the logs if it’s useful, but thought I’d add another example to the pile.

Sorry for the trouble! I suspect if you look at Plexamp logs you’ll see a 500 from plex.tv, happy to look but we’re aware of issues.

Hmm, not sure what’s going on unless you’re signing in with another account. Your account does show a Plex Pass and Plexamp should pick it up. Feel free to post Plexamp logs in case it shows anything.
