I have been having this problem on android even after clearing cache/data and reinstalling the app. When I check the downloads page it looks like things are downloading, but nothing is actually saved on my phone, if I try to playback the downloaded playlist I get an error that downloads are empty.
On the server side I don’t see any errors, but I do see the media downloading notification in server status.
Initial plex log showing file write errors. I verified using the android file manager the path exists. It seems like plexamp has access to that folder because when I erase data/cache that folder is removed and when I reinstall plexamp the folder is recreated. Plexamp.log (1.2 MB)

I removed the SD card from my phone so plexamp doesn’t give me an option to change storage location. Internal storage has 58.72 GB free.
You’re definitely have an issue saving the downloaded files:

Does it work if you select internal storage? Maybe some way you formatted the SD card??
In both log files plexamp was trying to save to internal storage. The first log file I had the SD card in but manually selected internal storage. On the second log I removed the SD card, plexamp only had internal storage to use.
I between the first and second log files i cleared data and cache then un-installed and reinstalled plex Amp.
Hi, sorry for the late reply, so this is going to be dumb. I didn’t realize the playlist I was seeing in the downloads section was an entry for downloads. I thought the delete option there would’ve deleted the playlist, but I don’t know why I didn’t try it.
Anyway, after deleting the entry, and starting downloads again it works as expected.
