Was trying to cast Plexamp to Nvidia Shield Pro 2019. Played discovery radio (with TIDAL subscription active) and was able to get through 2 songs before plexamp just stopped playback. Plexamp is still connected to Shield but music stopped and queue was cleared. Server and Plexamp logs attached.

This is an issue with the Plex Android app, not Plexamp, since the playback is occurring on the SHIELD.

Plexamp is unable to talk to the SHIELD, likely due to another bug with its HTTP server.
How does casting work if the Android app isn’t installed on the Shield? I will try that later and see.
Chromecast? Or some hybrid of Chromecast and Plex app, not 100% sure.
Tried the same thing with a Chromecast Ultra with the same result (Discovery Radio, third song caused the casting to abruptly stop and queue was cleared), so the Shield isn’t the issue. Logs attached.

it looks like the chromecast is reporting stopped playback for some reason. i’m away for the next week, so it won’t be able to look in more detail, but if you’re not seeing the issue with local playback of discovery radio, it could be a probably with the Plex chromecast receiver software. Plexamp is only observing playback when casting, not actually playing itself.
