This maybe a linux desktop specific issues, but I would like to request another couple of larger scaling options for text/grid size. On a 3k/4k+ display, even with both options set the the largest size, the interface is quite small.
I used to pass --force-device-scale-factor=1.5 to get a decent size. Using GDK_SCALE, etc… doesn’t seem to work.
Try changing settings → experience → font size to Mega and see if it helps.
Also, you might want to adjust the view to use grid or carousel as that looks better on a large display. Just select the three dots on the right (under the play button) and scroll down to change from list.

Really, it doesn’t look that small on my 1440p display 
my handheld is 1600p, which looks mostly fine. I would prefer 1 step larger, but its workable.
Its just the nature of using fixed font sizing. 4k is 50% smaller relative to 1440p.
