I added the logs from plexamp but I can’t find anything related to the player “dietpi-musicbox”

Then almost certainly the player is not signed in and registering with the cloud.
I think this isn’t true.
I can find the player in authorised devices. So it is registering for my understanding.
Further, other controler apps (plex web and plex for android) can control this player but maybe they use GDM.
What sort of player is this? Standard Plex/Plexamp or something else?
GDM allows for player discovery for players which aren’t registering (at all, or correctly).
The next release of Plexamp uses GDM to supplement discovery, but it should not be taken as a substitute for a properly registering player.
It is something else - it is my own implementation of a plugin for mopidy based on the old plex-player https://github.com/plexinc/plex-media-player and the python plex api.
I developed this plugin because plexamp stopped the support for RPI 32bit with remote control. It was the time of plexamp 1.x or 2.x - I can’t remember exactly
Do you have or can share any information about the registration process?

Plexamp v3.x has support for ARMv7 (32-bit), ARM64, and 64-bit Intel.
