Plexamp unable to download All smart playlists

Hi,

I have been having issues with plexamp ios app on all versions since release including the latest update v3.0.2.

My Plex server is running the latest version 1.19.2.2737 on a Qnap TS-253A NAS drive.

Please see my debug logs below for issues downloading the playlist ‘Latest English’ but fine downloading the playlist ‘Garage’

Would really appreciate some help with this. Please let me know if anyone needs any further information.

I wasn’t able to reproduce this issue, any chance you can provide the server logs for the range shown above (or recreate)?

Thanks very much. Are you able to reproduce the bug on desktop as well? If so I can probably pass you over a beta to see if it fixes the issue.

Hi, i just tried on the desktop app all downloads fine without any issues. Seems like its just on ios app.

I’m having the same issue on iOS, but not on desktop. Is there a TestFlight beta I can join to see if that fixes the issue?

3.0.3 has the fix, but we’re running into some issues in the Apple review, so it’s the only OS which doesn’t have the update yet.
