Plexamp Downloading Only Part of a Large Playlist (Max Duration Set)

Hi everyone,

I’m using Plexamp on several Android devices and trying to download a large playlist for offline listening. The playlist is about 13 days long in total.

Unfortunately, only a small portion of the playlist gets downloaded — around 3 days worth of music — even though I’ve set the download length to the maximum possible in the Plexamp settings. I’ve checked available storage, and that shouldn’t be the issue.
Free space on the device is available.

Is there a known limitation for playlist size or total duration when downloading in Plexamp? Or is this possibly a bug?

It’s quite frustrating, as I’d really like to have the entire playlist offline.

The maximum possible in Plexamp is 3 days.
It should be shown when you move the duration slider.

It says “maximum”. No hint on the 3 days limit.
Why is this limit even exiting. Now I have to split the playlist and can’t listen to all of them at the same time.
I think about leaving Plex. Random silly limits are annoying.

100% agree, this one is not random, it’s based on some design limitations we hope to address.

I also would like to see this resolved. I am grateful that the download (old sync) feature seems to be miles better than the last time I tried plexamp.
