Hi, plexamp on a Xiaomi Redmi note 7 phone, my daughter lost all the downloads everytime she’s disconnected. Last time, plex server was down and she tried to reconnect several times without success. I restart the server, she signed in, and all the downloads were gone.
Is there a way to force plexamp to recover the downloads ?
i’m pretty sure signing out deletes downloads.
Why’s that ? It’s a stange behaviour, no ? I’ve just test it on my OnePlus 7T and downloads are still there after a logout/login 
You’re correct, I was wrong (and not in front of the code). We don’t delete downloads when signing out.
Maybe this is the part I don’t understand. What does “disconnected” mean?
Server down, no access but she didn’t know so she tried anyway, then when it’s ok, login, and no more downloads. Or no internet, she tries, login fail, then internet back, login, no more downloads.
Maybe it’s the way her Xiaomi handles the app caches … I will investigate that, thanks for your answers 
It shouldn’t work that way as long as she’s logged in before she loses internet or the server goes down.
