Please develop an android automotive version of Plexamp so that we could listen our music on volvo cars

I was under the impression, Plexamp is available for Android Auto. Is there anything specific about the Android version in your Volvo that might be blocking it from using the apps?!

Yes I think that Androïd automotive is completely different that Androïd auto (which run on your phone)
On volvo cars, the car itself run on an android based system called android automotive
Plexamp should probably be validated for this operating system and it should be great if so

Both volvo and polestar have the entire infotainment system built on the android automotive operating system. And soon there will be a lot of new cars that will also get this. We have android play built into the system, have several radio apps and tv apps available etc. But we lack the app from Plex. Is there any plans to have this integrated?

I would love this in my Polestar and more manufacturers are adopting this system. Volvo, Ford and Lincoln are brands already making the switch. It should not be difficult making the changes; Add Android Automotive OS support to your media app
