I got two 23" monitors connected to a PC running macOS (hackintosh) Big Sur 11.6. I connect my PC to a RX-V485 Yamaha receiver via HDMI and that receiver outputs to a Samsung TV (also via HDMI) that acts as a third monitor. Since a recent upgrade of Plexamp, turning on or off my TV makes Plexamp goes blank. I must restart the app each time. If I turn on or off any of my other two monitors, Plexamp remains ok.
