Using Plexamp right now.
Every song I choose Plexamp plays the 1st track on the same album.
The randomness of it is well interesting, but sodding frustrating selecting ‘Every Breath You take’ plays Roxanne, it’s the right album ‘every breath you take - the singles’ but not the selected track.
The issue is consistent across all songs chosen.
Select a song and Plexamp plays the 1st song from that album.
Can you be a bit more specifically about where you’re doing this from, what OS, etc.?
Plexamp on iOS v 4.5.3 iOS v 16.1.1

On a Plex server on a Mac M1 mini Ventura with auto updates turned on.
It is doing it consistently.
In the morning will try iPad os version and Mac App version see if consistent across platforms.
Ha just tried it again after restarting Plexamp.
Can’t repeat it.
I originally searched for Anthem, selected track Anthem by Josh Groban, it played Silent Night by Josh, the 1st track on the album.
Searched for Bryan Adams, selected (Everything I Do) I Do For You and it played Summer of ‘69 the first track on the album.
It seems to have self sorted.
I have fallen in love with my music library because of Plexamp and appreciate everything you guys do.
So glad no longer happening, but my wife was getting annoyed with me as I kept playing the wrong song!
