Plexamp iOS 4.95 / artist view after search loads v slow (or never)

Plexamp continues to get better and better but in v4.95 I have noticed that when I search for an artist and then click to view album results it rarely loads the results when I am off my local home wifi (eg when I commute on a 5g cell connection)

If I click to play an album in the original search results view it plays straight away - so it seems like a metadata loading issue maybe?

If I do a database optimize on the Plex server and clear my PlexAmp cache on iOS it works better but degrades over the hour/day for more searches

I have a very large library but this hasn’t been an issue on previous versions - or at least not as noticeably

Has something changed in how library data is cached in the iOS app?

What can I send that might be useful to help debug?

(This is not the same issue as the staggered loading of ‘appears on’ etc in artist pages when I navigate there from an album that is playing or is in my library - that works slowly - but is when I search for an artist then click to the artist page from the search results)

you gotta post Plexamp logs if you want us to be able to help, otherwise it’s hard to guess the issue.

latest log - this hung loading the ‘appears on’ and ‘singles’ etc section - local wifi

Hopefully this is fixed in the next release.

Plexamp v4.10 has a few fixes that should resolve this issue:
