Apologies in advance because I’ve tried to upload logs but it’s not letting me do it from the mobile web browser.
EDIT https://drive.google.com/file/d/1U2_giniVKgQrJqYmeNTfDhDmbeIVZhjd/view?usp=drivesdk
My server lost power recently and when it rebooted it came online before my NAS, meaning all the files could not be found. This persisted even after the drives were mounted, so I shut down the container and used the opportunity to update the Plex server. After restarting everything appeared OK from the web, but Plexamp now does not show track names for any tracks that are relying on local metadata and not matched. See screenshot.
The tracks look fine on the web and Plex app, and play fine even on Plexamp.
I’ve tried killing off the app, clearing cache etc. To be clear this is on Android 15 with Plexamp up to date according to Play Store.
Looking for a solution that doesn’t involve me having to delete the app and reinstall again… I’ve got downloads I’d rather not have to redownload.
As an aside, force stopping the app and clearing cache doesn’t seem to do much, looks like not much is actually using the cache and maybe it’s dealt with by the server? E.g. app will reopen exactly on the page it was left when it was force closed…
Help appreciated.
