Plexamp - No servers found message

Hi

I’m trying to use Plexamp for the first time on my iphone, however, once I’ve signed in and get to the “Select a library” screen, I get a pop up saying “No servers found - Plexamp requires access to a Plex Media Server, but we can’t reach any right now.”

I’m not sure what to do to sort the problem.

Any ideas?

Let’s start with some basics:
Do you have access to a Plex Media Server that has at least one music-type library?
If so, is your server signed in with the same Plex account that owns your server?

It’s now working!

As before in an attempt to get it to work, I deleted and reinstalled the Plexamp app on my phone and signed in again and this time all appears to be working OK.
