Plexamp plays just one track

Hello Everyone,

I have just installed Plexamp on my Mac mini and also on my iPhone. I have a Plex Pass.

When I play all the tracks of my library (18600 tracks), the first track plays fine until the end and then Plexamp stops just at the end of the first track and do not skip to the second track. This problem comes on my Mac mini and also on the iPhone.
Then if I choose, the second track or the third, the fourth, or anything, when the track comes at the end, the following track comes without problem.

I have not this problem when I choose a play of one artist or of one genre.

If you have more informations about this, I am curious :wink:

What are your Autoplay settings?

And please post Plexamp logs so we can see what’s going on.

I’m sorry, but the two logs you uploaded don’t have any playback. Please do the following:

  1. Play all the tracks from your library
  2. Wait for playback to end incorrectly after the first track
  3. Upload Plexamp logs.

I am sorry for the delay but I have try all possibilities and the problem is always present.
One other strange thing, when I play all tracks, Plexamp plays just one track and stops and after 9 seconds, the track has a silence during 2 seconds and the track plays again at the beginning.

traveling so can’t look at logs on desktop but it looks like you might be playing remotely? possibly to a sonos? if remote playback is involved, please describe what sort of player you’re casting to.

Yes, indeed, I play the Plex library with Plexamp with a Sonos system.
Is the Sonos system with the problem ?

unfortunately this is a known issue we’ve heard off with Sonos. if you have a Sonos device with line in you can use a headless Plexamp device to provide top quality and reliability for playback.
