Most of the time, I like to just shuffle my entire track list. However, the problem I am having is that at random times, and for no rhyme or reason, shuffle will turn off, thereby resetting the order.
Please, I am begging you to fix this. It’s for both the Android and iOS versions of the app!

What kind of details do you need?
Plexamp logs right after you see the shuffle turn off would be a good start.

Here ya go. Happened again this morning when I went back into the app. I saw the shuffle still on, so I pressed play, and a few seconds later I looked again and shuffle was disabled.

Your remote control (e.g. bluetooth, car, whatever it’s connected to) is turning off shuffle.
Is there a way from your side to prevent that? I’m not pressing any buttons when it happens.
Not sure, it would depend on what you’re connecting it to.
Well, I believe it must’ve been my cars’ bluetooth. we have an older Ford Focus and older Toyota Sienna that have very basic bluetooth features.
