PlexConnect Images aren't displayed

I have a trouble with plexconnect. When viewing photo preview AppleTV displayed a question mark. Also missing the cover films. But i can watch all videos. Our configuration:

 

There Plex Media Server 2.3.3 and PlexConnect 4 are located on the same server under windows 7 64 bit with the IP address 192.168.8.98.

AppleTV is in the DMZ, IP address 192.168.40.202.

We have Forefront TMG 2010, which set the rules Routing traffic from the 192.168.40.0/24 to 192.168.8.0/22 and back

We configured access from the DMZ to the address 192.168.8.98,

We configured access from the network 192.168.8.0/22 given to 192.168.40.0/24.

 

How do we fix the preview? What ports and connection uses Plex?

For starters Plex media server is not version 2.3.3 this will be plex web.


PMS uses a few ports have these been enabled to and from the DMZ?

Version Plex Media Server 0.9.11.4.739-a4e710f

For test i opened all ports from and to DMZ.

And what ports need to be opened?

It depends if your using standard ports, but 32400 is the normal port. But have a look at the PMS support article on at network ports are used.
