Servers not showing up

Here is post I have posted in the server section but it mainly is revenant here. I will paste the post and add to it at the bottom

Hi there, I seem to be having issues with my PLEX lately. I'll give a quick setup how its setup. We have to computers here. One iMac and one MacBook Pro. Both are running Yosemite and up to date.  Both running the most recent plex server 0.9.11.7. The iMac also runs open plex for my apple TV 3. Due to my internet provider they supplied the router and there is no way open ports, however this never used to be a problem.  When connecting the server in settings it does find its open port, just not 32400.  Most of the problems seem to be more with PlexConnect but now i am having them on my samsung Smart Tv (Talking about the MacBook BTW, the iMac seems to work perfectly).  I know these are multiple devices but it seems to be a server issue. On the Samsung TV, it wasn't seeing my server on the MacBook, so I quit the plex server on my macbook, reopened it then searched on the Samsung TV for available servers and it popped up. So great right, nope, clicked on my library but no data available. The iMac tho, just keeps working flawlessly. Any thoughts.

So now I will mention the issues with PlexConnect. As I statesd above, both computers are not on 32400 but different ports because I am not able to access my router and port forward due the its a router from the ISP and I can't access it.  Anyways, regarding Plexconnect issues, my Macbook never seems to wanna to show up the Apple TV.  This is a Apple TV 3 btw connecting to the iMac running OpenPlex latest version routing to iMovie Theater.  When plexconnect first ran I saw both servers, remote servers and shared libraries. However I never see my MacBook Pro and its locally. Just the iMac server I can see. I can always see the shared libraries and the remote libraries. Any thoughts. I just have a tough time believing this is all because of port issue of 32400. Since it sees my iMac always and its locally as wetland not on port 32400 either. Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.

Also, similar issue, got my brothers Apple TV 2 with Plex Connect App on the ATV installed. Macbook as well, up to date, yosemite, up to date, plex etc.  Only difference from above situation is the ports are actually opened  properly to 32400 and same thing, discovery issues, the macbook library doesn't show up most times but the shared libraries and remote libraries always do. However, it shows up perfectly on the Roku device they have. Again, any thoughts or help greatly appreciated, sorry for the long essay here. If theres anything I can provide please let me know, thank you

Your post is quite confusing and seems to be all over the place. Can you go to the “read before posting” thread specifically the how to report a problem section and post your issue using the template and limit the issues to Plexconnect. (Dont forget to include the settings.cfg and Plexconnect.log {Loglevel = High} as attachments)

I think part of the problem is your focusing on ports needing to be opened for clients.  Clients do not need ports open on the router.  Also the ports being open would only be for out of network connecting to the server. Do you have a setting requiring local network connections to authenticate?  This is under Settings > Server > Connect (Show advanced)?  Enabling this usually breaks it for my ATV.

If you enable this, you just need to sign into MyPlex and then everything will show.

Didn't work on my setup.  I signed in but it still didn't show the Library.
