Plexconnect script doesnt start at start up

As seen in the pictures above the script can’t find Python and therefore it cant startup. I can’t change the app alias so I am stuck… Any ideas?

What happens if you navigate to the plexconnect folder and run C:\Python27\python PlexConnect.py ?
